How long does shipping take?
ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS ARE SENT WITH AUSTRALIA POST. Please note that Australia Post may deliver your order outside the above time frame due to COVID-19.
Please allow 5-10 working days for your package to arrive from the point where you place your order.
We offer express post for Australia only. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to arrive.
Can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up same day however, approval will be required by the owner of Zesti. Please contact Marianne on 0403 612 043 if you need same day delivery or pick up.
Can I return my item?
We understand that you may change your mind so Zesti Collections offers an exchange for the same value of the product within 30 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be provided if the item is faulty or broken in transit.
Is the jewellery costume jewellery or 925 sterling silver?
Our jewellery varies between costume jewellery (plated) and 925 sterling silver. All our products should have this noted in the description.
Are the sandals true to size or do they run big?
Our sizes run standard euro sizing. Our sandals are made from 100% Greek leather which means they will stretch over time.
