ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS ARE SENT WITH AUSTRALIA POST

Zesti Collections offers free shipping on all orders over $100.

Please allow 5-10 working days for your package to arrive from the point where you place your order. If you require your package early, please send an email to info@zesticollections.com.au and we will try and cater.

We want to ensure your parcel will arrive securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, Australia Post will leave a card in your mailbox.

If you wish to have your order left unattended you can leave a comment during the checkout procedure. Please note that if this option is selected we will not be liable if your order goes missing.

Zesti Collections are not responsible for any lost parcels once lodged with Australia Post.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that you may change your mind so Zesti Collections offers an exchange for the same value of the product within 30 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds will only be provided if the item is faulty or broken in transit.
